1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, select your favorite products, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout instructions. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

2. Can I modify my order after placing it?

3. Can I cancel my order?

Shipping

6. Do you ship outside Lebanon?
Currently, we only ship within Lebanon.

7. How long does shipping take?
Orders within Lebanon typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

8. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package with our local carrier.

9. What if my order hasn’t arrived?

Returns & Refunds

10. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if it is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags and proof of purchase.

13. Are there items I cannot return?
Yes. For safety and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used makeup, nail polish, or nail care products
  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards — unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these

14. Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your original item, then place a new order for the item you want.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

16. What if my item is damaged or defective?

17. Do you cover return shipping?
